Facilities Our major utilities, factories, and buildings—including electrical systems, fire safety, and elevators (E/V)—are inspected regularly. This ensures a smooth, safe, and healthy work environment for all employees.
Human Resources We oversee employee arrivals and departures. In the event of staff shortages, we actively recruit and offer comprehensive training to new hires based on job announcements.
Marketing To bolster our sales initiatives, we produce detailed catalogs for both domestic and international business engagements.
Sales management The sales team establishes a mid- to long-term sales strategy and manages overall customer relationships, including orders, deliveries, and complaints from domestic and foreign customers, to achieve this. The domestic sales team manages domestic customers by carrying out all tasks from domestic customer order management, order management, delivery management, and sales closing processing for the products produced by the company. The overseas sales team manages global sourcing and overseas customer order management, export and import. We perform tasks such as issuing customs clearance documents, shipment management, export quotation management, and customs refunds.
Production Technology We're dedicated to enhancing productivity by continuously researching and refining production methodologies and facilities. This involves bolstering the stability of our production lines, addressing any arising challenges, and embracing the introduction of cutting-edge production technologies. A paramount focus lies in assessing the potential of new product introductions to maximize profitability.
Production Control At the heart of our production management is the commitment to operational efficiency. This encompasses strategic cost analysis in tandem with our production plans, timely material inputs, adherence to specifications, rigorous facility inspections, and proficient management of third-party contributors. Our ultimate aim is the consistent production and delivery of superior quality products.
Material Management Our material spectrum includes a comprehensive range of inventory assets—from raw materials to final products. Our role is to ensure the right materials are timely procured and dispatched to the requisite departments. Functionally, our priorities span material planning, purchasing oversight, procurement, quality checks, warehousing, inventory maintenance, efficient disposal of defective products, and material standardization.

Parts Procurement We handle the purchase of all essential items for new product development, including raw materials, parts, molds, and equipment. In addition, we carefully select vendors for outsourced components, ensuring cost-effective pricing. By distributing these purchased items to the relevant departments, we pave the way for profit generation. This is achieved through strategic development, exploring new vendor relationships, reducing expenses, and consistently meeting delivery schedules.
Parts Development From the start of new vehicle development to the after-sales stage, our foremost objective is to ensure the timely provision of all product components with consistent quality for mass production. Throughout each phase of the parts development process, we foster collaboration between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. This cooperative approach allows for the timely development of mass-produced components. We also manage major changes such as 4M changes, and address any post-production emergencies to maintain a steady supply chain. Moreover, our active engagement in localization activities guarantees seamless component sourcing and price competitiveness.
Testing We are in strict compliance to our customer requirements, conducting meticulous tests to confirm the reliability of the components we manufacture. Beyond initial validation, we uphold quality by carrying out regular reliability tests post mass production. This vigilance allows us to adapt to evolving requirements and address any anomalies, ensuring continuous improvement.
