Facilities | Our major utilities, factories, and buildings—including electrical systems, fire safety, and elevators (E/V)—are inspected regularly. This ensures a smooth, safe, and healthy work environment for all employees. |
Human Resources | We oversee employee arrivals and departures. In the event of staff shortages, we actively recruit and offer comprehensive training to new hires based on job announcements. |
Marketing | To bolster our sales initiatives, we produce detailed catalogs for both domestic and international business engagements. |
Sales management | The sales team establishes a mid- to long-term sales strategy and manages overall customer relationships, including orders, deliveries, and complaints from domestic and foreign customers, to achieve this. The domestic sales team manages domestic customers by carrying out all tasks from domestic customer order management, order management, delivery management, and sales closing processing for the products produced by the company. The overseas sales team manages global sourcing and overseas customer order management, export and import. We perform tasks such as issuing customs clearance documents, shipment management, export quotation management, and customs refunds. |

Parts Development | From the start of new vehicle development to the after-sales stage, our foremost objective is to ensure the timely provision of all product components with consistent quality for mass production. Throughout each phase of the parts development process, we foster collaboration between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. This cooperative approach allows for the timely development of mass-produced components. We also manage major changes such as 4M changes, and address any post-production emergencies to maintain a steady supply chain. Moreover, our active engagement in localization activities guarantees seamless component sourcing and price competitiveness. |
